"Picture This...Imagine That" Group Photo Show

My photography is featured at Coronado's C3 Gallery this summer along with 11 other local photographers and 8 local authors!

The opening artist reception for “Picture This...Imagine That” group photography show was held on June 12, 2018 and was curated and put on by Coronado Arts

The exhibition features local photography by: Riana Bucceri, Daron Case, Kel Casey, Phil Fitzgerald,  Will Holder, Brian Lippe, Dan McGeorge, Belle Mitchell, Bill Sandke, Char Stubel, Elizabeth Wampler and  Anna Woerman.
The exhibition displays books published by eight local authors: Jack Bowen, Joyce Chapman, Leslie Crawford, George Galdorisi, Laura McNeal, Tom McNeal, Tamara Merrill and Ted Nulty.

Coronado Art Walk 2012

I will be at the Coronado Art Walk this year! There are over 100 artists participating. The 2-day Coronado Art Walk is put on by the Coronado Historical Association and is an admission free, public event! Over 10,000 people enjoyed last years Coronado Art Walk and I hope to see you there!

I will be selling original paintings (two new series), prints, photography, unique wood block photography prints, stationary, and wearable art!

Juror's Choice Award- Visions of Coronado

The Visions of Coronado Juried Art Show opening reception was a great success. One of my pieces won a juror's choice award!

"From now through February 20, Visions of Coronado, an exhibit of 23 recent works of art depicting some aspect of Coronado life will be on display at the Coronado Museum of History and Art. The juried show was selected from 60 original pieces submitted by artists from all over San Diego County and created in a wide variety of media, materials and styles.

The jurors were: Cornelia Feye, Director, School of the Arts and Art Education, La Jolla Athenaeum; Bill Mosley, Artist and Professor, Grossmont College; and Leah Ollman, Art Critic, Los Angeles Times.

Three Juror's Choice Awards were presented at the opening reception for:
Joan Boyer's oil painting, "Night-time on the Beach"
Anna Woerman's photograph entitled, "Blackout"
and Laurie McCray's photographic art printed on canvas,"Hotel Del Drive By."

Visions of Coronado is on view in the Museum through February 20. Bring your friends and stop by soon to enjoy these inspiring works of art!!" -Coronado Museum of History and Art

Emerald City Art Show

Greene Scene 2008

I showed some of my recycled work in Greenscene this year!
I created a wire hanger hanging piece, 6 wood veneer pieces, and yarn bracelets. Two pieces were sold!

Zagrodnik + Thomas Architects LLP announces the annual Green Scene Gallery event: EcoPalooza ’08 to be held on September 13, 2008 between 6:00 pm – 10:30 pm, at the firm’s North Park location; 3956 30th Street. The free event is open to the general public and will showcase local artists and designers whose work promotes sustainability. A fashion show of recycled materials will adorn several models, art and sculpture, and a ‘smartcar’, will all share space side by side in the gallery. The event coincides with North Park’s highly successful Ray at Night event and the USGBC and SD AIA’s San Diego Green 2008 Conference. Light refreshments and food will be served.

Art Show at the SD Womens History Museum

This is another group art show I am in: Grrrrrl Power Art Show at the San Diego Womens History Museum- "It's Good to be a Girl".
Reception is Friday, Nov 16th, 7-10pm.

Dia De Los Muertos Altar

I participated in the SD Museum of Man's Day of the Dead, where artists created altars for one day outside of The Museum of Man in Balboa Park, San Diego. Here is a picture of my altar which was honoring my grandparents and dog, Katie.
